
Today I picked "
Goddess Booty" from the Yoga Booty Ballet: Master Series. Its about a 20 minute workout that works on your abs, glutes, and lower back. It's led by two instructors Gillian Marloth and Teigh Mcdonough. I would say that this workout is mostly a mat workout. You spend most of the time on the mat doing glute exercises, a little bit of standing ballet leg work and ends with a couple yoga moves (stretches). I like this quick little workout and I think it makes for a nice little morning workout.
