How Often Do you Exercise?

I try to squeeze in 6 1/2 hour-45 minute morning workouts each week. I usually set out a couple DVD's for the next morning to choose from. I like to feel good when working out. I don't want to dread the workout. I like to include at least one day as yoga/stretch. I try to also fill one day with kettlebells. The other days, I usually rotate strength training and cardio. Strength training I love, cardio not so much. I try to fill my cardio days with Kenpo X, Turbo Fire, or Turbo Jam. I love the boxing/kicking type moves. They make my morning cardio enjoyable. Enjoying exercise for me in the key to continuing to do this every morning for my health.
