Monday is here. I am so tired. I get off my daily schedule over the weekend. Instead of getting up at 5 am to workout, I sleep in to 7 or 8 on Saturday and Sunday.
I usually have Monday as my day off, but I had a headache yesterday and decided to used my rest day. Today, I'll check off one of this week's goals. I'm going to do 30 minutes of yoga. I like to have a variety of different exercises in my dvd collection. I have power yoga and more relaxing yoga workouts. Today feels like a more relaxing yoga day to just breathe and stretch. To break my body into the idea, that my busy week is starting.
